Eligibility:
  • Businesses with 1 – 500 employees operating in the mid-Michigan region.

Applicant must submit online form by midnight, May 31, 2008 to be eligible for contest.

Winner will be selected from a list of qualified applicants by a committee of representatives from the Transformer Contest Suppliers.

A Qualified Applicant must:
  • Enter online at TransformYour.biz
  • Complete every field available
  • Provide correct name, number of employees, address, phone number and email address
  • Provide a description of your current business
  • Provide a story of why your business should be chosen and how it will benefit from this Communication Transformation
  • Must make yourself available for periodic interviews, updates & testimonials, including:
    • An initial interview
    • Quarterly updates
    • A recap story and testimonials for a time period of up to one year after winning
  • If your business is chosen as a Top Ten Finalist you may be asked to submit a video testimonial as to why you should be chosen by Friday June 13th, 2008
  • If your business is chosen as a Top Ten Finalist, you give permission to display the name of your business on TransformYour.biz and other media outlets

Applicants can only enter once, as multiple submissions will disqualify your business from the Communication Transformation Contest.

Award Modification:
  • Awards and the provisions pertaining to them are subject to change if there is a significant change in market conditions or if special market conditions are found to exist
Tax Information:
  • Awards are subject to income tax regulations. Winners should consult their tax advisors regarding the reporting of award value as income
Interpretation of Rules:
  • Communication Transformation Contest Suppliers shall be the final arbiter in interpreting and/or applying the contest rules and determining the finalists and contest winner
  • We reserve the right to edit, modify, or add to the rules & requirements at any time
  • The Communication Transformation will be awarded to the most fitting applicant. In the case that The Transformers do not find a qualified applicant, we reserve the right to not award the prize

The winning company will be required to provide business metrics such as revenue, profitability, and other information so that the impact of technology on their business can be measured over the course of 12 months.

Priorities will be given to a company that has shown a track record of growth over the last few years.
